Sheel Buying Process
We follow a systematic and rigorous process to evaluate the business based on both quantitative and qualitative criteria
- In person meeting with the seller
- Informational interview to understand the highlights of the business
- We also ascertain that the buyer and the seller have a good mutual chemistry
- If everything looks good we will advance to the next stage
- We ask for five year P&L, Cash flow and balance sheets
- We will do a detailed analysis on the statements and follow up with questions on the trends of the numbers
- Our goal in this phase is to develop a future pro-forma
- If everything looks good we will make an offer and go to the step of due-diligence
We will put down a non-binding offer contingent on
* Receipt of financing for the purchase
* Satisfactory due-diligence on the business
